University of Antique - Tario Lim Memorial Campus Library joins the nation in celebrating the National Disaster Resilience Month 2026.
Originally, the month-long observance was called National Disaster Consciousness Month (NDCM) under the Executive Order No. 137, s.1999 by President Joseph Ejercito Estrada on August 10, 1999.
It was then revamped to align with a global paradigm shift from simply reacting to disasters to proactively building defense and adaptation systems, under Executive Order No. 29, s. 2017 by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on June 28, 2017.
