Successful Accreditation of BLGA Area 7-Library

The Library has recently achieved a significant milestone: successful accreditation. This accomplishment is a testament to the library's commitment to excellence in service and resource management. The accreditation process culminated in an ocular inspection conducted by Librarian Janine Cleo Hilario, who showcased the library's diverse sections and services to the accrediting team.

During the inspection, Ma'am Hilario expertly guided Sir Gonzales through the various areas of the library, highlighting its thoughtfully designed sections. The library lobby serves as a welcoming entrance, providing information and guidance to visitors. The reserve section offers a curated selection of materials for short-term use, ensuring that essential resources are readily available.

The circulation desk acts as the hub of library services, where patrons can check out materials and receive assistance. In the fiction books area, a vibrant collection invites readers to explore new stories and genres. The reference section provides access to valuable resources, including encyclopedias and databases, catering to research needs.

The Filipiniana section features a unique collection that celebrates Filipino literature and culture, fostering a deeper understanding of local heritage. The internet section is equipped with computers and internet access, supporting digital literacy and research. The review nook is a cozy spot for students to prepare for exams, complete with study materials. Finally, the reading area is designed for patrons to enjoy books in a comfortable setting.

The virtual tour also included the library’s digital resources in ProQuest , emphasizing their importance in promoting lifelong learning and accessibility.

Sir Robert Rodel Gonzales of Nueva Ecija State University, the appointed accreditor, provided positive feedback following the inspection. The Library stands out for its commitment to community engagement and educational support. The library's efforts to create an inclusive environment that caters to diverse user needs were particularly noteworthy.

The successful accreditation of BLGA Area 7-Library not only serves as recognition of its current achievements but also sets the stage for future growth and improvement. With this accolade, the library is motivated to continue evolving its services and expanding its offerings to better serve the community.

Plans are already underway to enhance its digital presence further and introduce new programs that promote literacy and learning across all age groups. The library team, headed by Ma'am Hilario, is dedicated to fostering a vibrant learning environment that responds to the changing needs of the community.

The successful accreditation of BLGA Area 7-Library is a proud achievement that reflects the hard work and dedication of its staff and the support of the community. With strong leadership and a clear vision for the future, the library is poised to continue its positive impact in the area.
