First Day of Sugalaw Class at the University of Antique-TLMC: A Promising Start



The University of Antique-TLMC buzzed with excitement today as students and faculty gathered to mark the start of the academic year. The first day of school was a lively mix of anticipation, introductions, and fresh beginnings, setting the stage for a promising semester ahead.

The campus was alive with energy as students, both new and returning, arrived to start their first day. Campus Director, Dr Porferio S. Bangcaya addressed the crowd, offering words of encouragement and outlining the university’s commitment to providing a supportive and enriching educational environment.

For first-year students, the day began with orientation sessions designed to familiarize them with campus resources, academic programs, and student life. Faculty members and student leaders led these sessions, offering valuable insights into university life and what to expect in the coming months. The focus was on making students feel comfortable and prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

As classes officially began, students were welcomed into their respective classrooms, each equipped with resources to enhance their learning experience. Professors introduced their courses, setting the tone for an engaging and rigorous academic journey. The day featured a mix of introductory lectures, interactive activities, and opportunities for students to meet their peers

The first day of school at the University of Antique set a positive tone for the academic year. With a focus on orientation, engagement, and academic excellence, the university is well-prepared to support its students through a successful and enriching semester. As students settle into their routines and begin their studies, the promise of a rewarding academic journey lies ahead. 

In line with this, The University Library is ready to serve its library patrons with its e revamped facility features expanded digital resources, including an extensive collection of e-books, academic journals, and online databases, all accessible remotely or on campus.

POT Trading Donate Books to the Library




POT Trading has made a generous donation of books to the UA TLMC Library. The donated collection, which includes a range of books for different ages and interests, aims to enhance the library's resources and support its educational programs.


The donation was received by the library personnel. The new books will soon be available for borrowing. This contribution underscores POT Trading’s commitment to supporting community literacy and education.
